Join us at Bell Arts Factory every fourth friday of the month. Our goal is to offer community soundbaths to support the families that live where we live. At Raising Mami Alchemy, our mission is to create a harmonious and nurturing space for families to thrive through the power of healing arts.

This bilingual English and Spanish sound bath is facilitated by mother-daughter duo Ana and Solana Lugo of Raising Mami Alchemy and is a meditative and immersive experience that combines the therapeutic effects of sound with guidance and affirmations in both languages. During this session, participants are enveloped in a rich tapestry of healing sounds, fostering relaxation, inner peace, and a sense of well-being. The experience is designed to be inclusive and accessible to speakers of both languages, creating a harmonious and diverse atmosphere.
Un baño de sonido bilingüe en inglés y español es una experiencia meditativa e inmersiva que combina los efectos terapéuticos del sonido con orientación y afirmaciones en ambos idiomas.
